Goal:<\/strong>\u00a0Who is our neighbor and how should we take care of them?<\/span><\/p>\n Notes for the Teacher:<\/strong>\u00a0During our teacher Zoom meeting about this lesson, we discussed the “obvious” ways we can help someone in need: when a mom has her arms full – you could open the door for her, offering a place to sit for an older person who is struggling to stand, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Another discussion about this topic quickly sparked amongst the teachers – helping someone with invisible wounds who needs help as well. This can be depression, relationship problems, financial problems, abuse at home, etc. When we notice someone is not acting like themselves, we should check on them.
